The Villas

Our four villas are nestled within a quiet garden estate, just a short walk from the ocean and a peaceful village road. Each 70-sqm villa features its own private pocket garden and a spacious one-bedroom layout with a living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, a generous bathroom, and a dedicated table for reading or personal use. Interiors are crafted with warm, locally sourced wood and pieces made by Siargao artisans, creating a space that feels simple, grounded, and closely connected to the island. The villas are designed for comfort in the island’s tropical climate, with a fully solar-powered system that ensures consistent electricity throughout your stay.

A calm 70-sqm villa designed for spacious, quiet living. Positioned along the path near the pavilion, this villa keeps you close to the shared space while still maintaining privacy. Warm wood, soft light, and island-made pieces shape the interior, with a small living area that opens to your own garden. The built-in daybed may be prepared as an additional sleeping space on request.

KING VILLA — GARDEN SIDE

A 70 sqm villa set along the garden side of the estate, with an outdoor area that feels slightly more open while keeping the same quiet rhythm as the other villas. The interior follows the same warm, grounded design language—wood, soft light, and island-made touches. A small living area opens to the garden, with a built-in daybed that may be prepared as an additional sleeping space on request.
